Location:

You will handle a caseload of clinical negligence cases, medical, dental and other clinical injuries. Candidates must have a strong understanding of medical negligence and the ability to manage cases with confidence and expertise. The appointed solicitor will provide legal services with a personal touch while demonstrating care and understanding. Applications are open to newly qualified Solicitors with clinical negligence experience.

Experience in dealing with complex and high‑value industrial disease, fast track/multi‑track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence is desirable.

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, medical, dental and other clinical injuries.
• Provide legal services with a personal touch and demonstrate care and understanding.

• Newly qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience.
• Strong understanding of medical negligence and case management.
• Experience with complex and high‑value industrial disease cases, fast track/multi‑track litigated cases, and/or clinical negligence.
