• You will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• The caseload will consist of freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity
• You will advise, support, and represent clients while consistently upholding the highest standards of client care
• The firm is looking for solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will offer exceptional levels of client care
