This leading North West law firm is looking for a Court of Protection specialist to join its growing private client offering in Preston. You’ll benefit from a quality caseload of property and affairs matters ready from day one, without the pressure of bringing your own work.

• 4+ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
• Confident managing a caseload independently (property and affairs focus)
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant case law
• A team player with excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience supervising junior colleagues would be a bonus
• BD experience or desire to build the team is welcomed, but not essential
