Role Overview :
A well-established law firm with strong regional roots and growing national presence is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their East Lancashire team. You will manage a varied caseload, advising clients locally and nationally on wills, estate planning, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. This hybrid role offers exposure to a diverse client base and opportunities to develop your career in private client law.
CandidateProfile / Experience Needed :
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
- Experience in drafting wills and estate planning
- Probate administration experience
- Knowledge of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Up to £60,000 salary
