The Insolvency & Restructuring team has expertise in advising companies, individuals, creditors, debtors, directors and other stakeholders. Typical instructions include:

• Bankruptcy & Liquidations
• Individual Voluntary Arrangements
• Director Disqualification Act Proceedings
• Breach of Statutory Disputes
• Receiverships
• Creditor Claims and Antecedent Transactions

You will also have the opportunity of working closely with colleagues in the corporate department undertaking insolvency related transactions and restructuring.
