• Handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements and leases.
• Advise clients on property-related legal issues and offer strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial property law.
• Proven expertise in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of property law, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
