• 5+ years’ PQE commercial property solicitor
• Experience handling a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, development, commercial leases, and property finance
• Background in national or regional firms — high street and larger firm backgrounds are equally welcomed
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to practice development
• Strong client management skills and a collaborative mindset
• Keen to take an active role in business development and mentoring junior colleagues
