NQ Court of Protection Solicitor - Up to £45,000 salary - Lancashire

We are pleased to present this leading Legal 500 law firm offering specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients, assisting them with their day-to-day lives and management of high value settlements.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Newly Qualified Solicitor to work alongside its highly reputable team.

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Court of Protection matters and liaise directly with vulnerable clients, their families, independent financial advisors and professionals involved with the day-to-day management of the clients and their funds.

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-3 year of post‑qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
• At least one seat in Court of Protection or Private Client or experience gained in these areas is essential
• A background in Court of Protection property and affairs would be advantageous
• Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm

• Up to £45,000 depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave increasing with service
• Performance bonus
