• Act as corporate landlord to manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings support vital services and meet evolving needs.
• Lead on delivering Department for Education Basic Need funded expansion schemes, including new schools, special school expansions, SEND units, and alternative provisions.
• Manage the delivery of priority corporate schemes across Lancashire.
• Coordinate stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Navigate a dynamic, politically influenced environment while maintaining focus on value for money and service excellence.

• Strong organisational and project management skills with experience delivering complex schemes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of public service operations and property‑related processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
