What You'll Do:- Lead Environmental Responsibility: Develop and implement robust environmental compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry best practices.
- Foster Sustainability: Champion initiatives to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and promote a culture of sustainability across the organisation.
- Drive HSE Excellence: Promote a proactive safety culture, conduct risk assessments, and implement innovative health and safety measures.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of environmental and safety legislation, prepare detailed compliance reports, and provide expert guidance.
- Inspire Teams: Design and deliver impactful training and coaching sessions, empowering employees to embrace sustainability and safety practices.
- Innovate and Improve: Use data‑driven insights to continuously enhance HSE performance and introduce cutting‑edge solutions.
- Environmental Expertise: Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulations, including ISO 14001 or similar standards.
- Safety Credentials: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered IOSH status.
- Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of DSEAR, PUWER, and COSHH.
