• Innovate and Improve: Use data‑driven insights to continuously enhance HSE performance and introduce cutting‑edge solutions.

• Environmental Expertise: Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulations, including ISO 14001 or similar standards.
• Safety Credentials: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered IOSH status.
• Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing environments, with an understanding of DSEAR, PUWER, and COSHH.
