Managing EmPower Children’s Team (Contextual Safeguarding). Must attend office in Lancaster 3 days a week.

- Champion high‑quality, trauma‑informed, relational and strengths‑based practice.
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of contextual safeguarding across the North.
- Experience in safeguarding and a passion and commitment to improving outcomes for young people at risk of exploitation.
- Leads with empathy, clarity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Ready to influence change and drive innovation in contextual safeguarding.
