Production Operative

Production Operative - Manufacturing - Blackpool

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will work as part of a team to carry out routine production and quality control of our range of our products. Full training will be provided for specific roles within the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all manufacturing operations on time, following company quality standards and procedures. Multi-skilled across different production areas.
• Support training of new and existing employees.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to Health & Safety and environmental standards.
• Calibrate weighing equipment as required.
• Follow gowning and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team targets and deadlines.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, excellent team player, good hygiene, flexible with overtime, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), quality awareness, ability to work independently, and dexterity.

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday 08:00 till 16:30, Friday 08:00 till 13:00
