Falcon Works Entity Security Lead

BAE Systems invites you to apply for the Falcon Works Entity Security Lead role in Frimley. The position involves hybrid and flexible working arrangements with occasional travel to Warton and other sites for security advice.

• You will oversee the readiness of the team’s response to security incidents.
• Monitor performance of allocated staff to ensure effective execution and provide on‑the‑job technical advice to new team members.
• Liaise with government regulators to refine requirements, frameworks and operational criteria and communicate these to Falcon Works and its entities.
• Support Falcon Works programmes and sites to produce accurate threat assessments and operational requirements.
• Support the security culture, behaviours and communications by raising security awareness among employees and management and modelling behaviours that demonstrate BAE Systems values.
• You may also have people manager responsibilities.

• Suitably qualified by experience with demonstrable security managerial background.
• Experience of leading a team.
• Experience of working within government security policies.

• Relevant security qualification.
