What you will do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with children and families to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to duty calls and manage caseloads effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports for assessments and court proceedings
  • Engage in team meetings and supervision sessions to share insights and develop best practices collaboratively
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with professional standards and legislative requirements
Requirements of the Social Worker

You should possess a degree or equivalent in social work, with current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker will be crucial for success in this role.
