Adele Carr Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an experienced Tax Associate / Tax Senior to join their expanding personal tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a varied client portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and professionals, while developing both technical expertise and client-facing skills within a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal tax compliance and advisory services, while also supporting and mentoring junior team members.

• Preparing and submitting personal tax returns for a diverse client base
• Reviewing tax work completed by junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Providing guidance, coaching, and technical support to junior staff
• Advising on personal tax matters including capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and residency
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional advisory support
• Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed in line with HMRC requirements

• ATT qualified as a minimum (CTA or equivalent experience advantageous)
• Strong background in personal tax gained within practice
• Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing work
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of technical accuracy
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and time-management skills
