We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join our Lancaster office. You will provide guidance and support, and manage a diverse client portfolio that includes high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and professionals. You will deliver clear and practical tax advice while developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and submission of tax compliance for a diverse client base
- Overseeing and reviewing work prepared by the team, ensuring technical accuracy and quality
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to junior staff
- Advise on a wide range of personal tax issues including capital gains tax, inheritance tax and residency
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering proactive advice and identifying advisory opportunities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personal tax legislation and HMRC requirements
- Ensure deadlines are met and compliance is handled efficiently and effectively
- Minimum ATT qualified; CTA or equivalent experience is desirable
- Solid background in personal tax work
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
