The Role

The Property Team are an integral part of the Council and are key in managing the property portfolio effectively and efficiently. Based within this team, the primary focus of the 6‑month secondment will be on the management of the council’s energy contracts. This will include the invoicing of the electricity, gas and water supplies across the council’s commercial and corporate portfolio as well as the communal spaces within the council’s housing portfolio.
