Property Solicitor

A Legal 500-ranked law firm , following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role You will manage a varied property caseload, advising on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, and general property advisory matters. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm. About You Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in property law Strong experience in commercial property matters Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Able to manage matters independently Confident, client-focused approach Why Apply?
