• Are you an experienced Fostering Assistant or Deputy Manager with a background in an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA)?

The Role As Regional Manager, you’ll lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. You’ll:
• Manage and inspire a talented team
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance
• Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders

About You
• Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE
• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus
