We are seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to support the effective management of a local authority property portfolio.
RICS is not essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage landlord and tenant matters across a diverse property portfolio
* Lead on lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations
* Support property disposals, and asset management initiatives
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and local authority procedures
* Manage external agents and professional advisers where required
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estates Surveyor, ideally within a local authority or public sector setting
* Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and estate management practices
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
