• Meeting sales goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and maintaining account records.
• Performing branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Using problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

• Travel:
  Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage of nearby branches within 45 miles.
• Working Conditions:
  
  Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience preferred.
• Positive, engaging attitude.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
