A leading property developer in Lancaster is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to sell properties in the Lancashire region. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships and ensuring high standards in Show Homes. A base salary plus generous commission is offered, along with 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after five years.
