Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is responsible for managing returns to the warehouse along with picking, loading, scanning, and returning products to supplier. Compensation

and Schedule
  • Starting at $23.10 per hour
  • Guaranteed yearly wage progression
  • Scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday 9am start until 5.30pm
  • $23.10 - $23.10 biweekly
As a Reverse Logistics Warehouse Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Process, pick, pack, and prepare incoming customer orders for shipment
  • Receive, verify, unpack, and sort incoming materials in an organized and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS / ERP)
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety procedures
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times

Returns Receiving & Daily Planning

  • Manage daily inbound returns of all types, including customer returns, delivery returns, supplier returns, damaged units, and exchanges
  • Review and plan daily incoming returns to ensure timely processing and workload prioritization
  • Perform daily receiving and accurate system entry of returned units

Returns Processing & Disposition

  • Process returns daily and determine appropriate disposition (repair, resell, return to supplier, scrap, or transfer)
  • Physically move returned units to designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment (e.g., dolly), following safety guidelines
  • Maintain clean, organized return zones and staging areas

Supplier Claims & Policy Compliance

  • Understand and comply with supplier return and claims policies
  • Submit supplier claims accurately and within required timelines
  • Track and follow up on submitted claims daily to ensure resolution and recovery

Inventory & Reverse Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with the Reverse Logistics team (Annacis) on a weekly basis to stay aligned on inventory movements and return status
  • Support and monitor inventory transfers related to returns and reverse logistics activities
  • Assist in reconciling return inventory and identifying discrepancies

Documentation & Communication

  • Upload, scan, and maintain all return-related documentation and paperwork
  • Ensure required paperwork is uploaded to the appropriate Microsoft Teams channels when product is picked up or transferred
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, risks, or delays promptly to relevant stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently
  • Experience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment requiring strong organization, time management and prioritization skills. Being able to lift and meet the physical demands of the role
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a minimum of a valid work permit
