Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis with remuneration starting at 35% of collections and higher depending on experience.

• Flexible hours available
• Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
• Build your ideal schedule with part‑time or full‑time options

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia (candidates registered in other Canadian provinces welcome)
• Minimum 1 year of Canadian dental practice experience or equivalency
• Passionate about patient care with excellent communication skills
• Eager to grow within a collaborative, technology‑forward practice
