Responsibilities:
Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities pertaining to retrofit projects and tenant improvementsCompleting pre-qualification documentsReviewing drawings/specificationsDeveloping proposals and securing purchase orders/contractsCoordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crewsCoordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change ordersOther related duties as assignedQualifications:
Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study is considered a strong asset3 - 5 years’ experience in fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance and/or salesDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively within a teamSalary: $62,000.00 annually
