This is a contract-based, remote Subcontractor role within a professional and innovative team. The role involves managing project-specific responsibilities such as planning, inspecting, and ensuring high-quality execution of retaining walls, fencing, access gates and some general groundworks. The Subcontractor will collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients while adhering to project specifications and timelines to achieve seamless results across construction phases.

• Experience in project management, including planning, timelines, quality control, and compliance with standards
• Basic ability to review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site investigations
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with team members, contractors and clients
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organisational and time management skills
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and practices
• A knowledge of the construction industry is essential

Proficiency in retaining walls, fencing, and gates is desirable.

Experience in gabion walls, modular block construction, or high-security fencing is a plus.

• R, CSR and relevant insurance essential.
