AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to manage and deliver patient care plans across Latrobe, PA and surrounding areas. You will work in a team-based environment to ensure high-quality home health and hospice services in collaboration with Allegheny Health Network.
The role requires an RN license in PA, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and the ability to drive ~20% of the day.
