Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, 15650!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3x12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Administer oxygen therapy including nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and oxygen tanks
• Rotate between day and night shifts as scheduled to meet unit needs
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including pre-start modules and orientation protocols
• Maintain availability to work every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania or Multi-State/Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification (AHA only) required and must be current at submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical or Telemetry experience
• Proficiency with nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and oxygen tanks
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; approval is based on facility needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry background
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Two supervisor references preferred
