Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician (Manufacturing)

Direct Hire Compensation: $47,800 – $56,000

What you’ll tackle
Keep production, support, and auxiliary equipment running through rapid troubleshooting, corrective repair, and rigorous PM execution (daily/weekly/monthly).Support production teams to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
Own the maintenance shop’s orderliness and documentation standards.
Perform mold setups; accurately log maintenance and repair activities.
Interpret electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical schematics; isolate PLC faults and restore function.
Work safely on energized systems and across low/high voltage in compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70.Inspect machines, robots, and auxiliaries for safety and performance; verify safeguards meet OSHA and internal policies.
Assist with installation and startup of new/special machinery, automation, and robotics.
Manage spare parts inventory; escalate replenishment needs to the Maintenance Manager.
Must‑haves
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Industrial maintenance/mechanical experience.
Proficiency diagnosing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical safety protocols.
Ability to read and apply technical drawings/specifications.
Strong organizational skills for inventory and work tracking.
