About the job

We're looking for an experienced construction worker to join our crew. You'll work on a variety of projects from setup through completion. We expect quality work, safe practices and a clean jobsite on every job, and we're looking for people who hold themselves to the same standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, drywall, roofing, finishing, and plumbing or electrical work within your trade credentials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project leads and crew members to meet deadlines.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized and safe.
• Identify problems early, communicate them, and help fix them.
• Help train apprentices and less experienced crew members.
• Treat customers and their property with respect.

Qualifications

• Credentials in a relevant trade (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards and building codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Reliable: you show up on time and ready to work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions.
