International Business Development Manager / Executive (IT Services Sales)
Mode: Remote

Role Objective
To drive international and domestic IT services sales by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and converting leads into revenue through consultative selling and solution-oriented engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
International & Domestic Sales Identify, prospect, and onboard clients from international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC) and domestic Indian market
Generate leads through outbound channels:
Linked In, email campaigns, cold outreach, partnerships
Understand client business challenges and propose IT services solutions (AI, Automation, Software Development, Digital Platforms, SaaS)
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
Coordinate with technical & delivery teams for solution design and estimation
Communication & Client Handling Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and presentations with international clients
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial discussions confidently
Maintain professional communication across different time zones and cultures
Act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Analyze client pain points and suggest customized IT solutions
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and client escalations effectively
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Provide market feedback to management for service improvement
Tools & Technology Awareness Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho – any)
Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, email automation tools, lead databases
Understanding of current IT services trends :
AI & Automation
Cloud & SaaS
Web & Mobile Development
Digital Transformation
Stay updated with competitors, pricing models, and global IT market trends
Eligibility & Experience For Executive: 1–3 years experience in IT services sales (international/domestic)
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
For Manager: 4+ years experience in international IT services sales
Proven track record of closures and revenue contribution
Required Skills Excellent verbal & written communication (English mandatory)
Strong negotiation & consultative selling skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined (remote role)
Problem solver with client-first mindset
Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
