Portfolio Manager - Resonance Community Developers

Resonance is an impact property fund manager that is transforming the relationship between private investment and social good. We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our growing Resonance Community Developers (RCD) team.

The successful candidate will have the ambition to want to learn how our business works, understand our passion and our purpose, and use your drive to ensure that our impact is maximised. You will be based in one of our offices, with a hybrid working option available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain close contact with investees to ensure that reporting requirements are met, due diligence/investment conditions are completed, and that income is received on time.
• Oversee monitoring and updating of portfolio accounts, transaction tracking, and reconciliation with Resonance’s Finance team.
• Support the team to facilitate successful post IC negotiation and execution of investment agreements.
• Coordinate the contracting and payment of external parties engaged by the RCD team, liaising with relevant internal teams.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, investment management, or a related operations role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present numeric information clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
