. We offer a competitive base pay range of £56,526.40 – £61,526.40 per annum for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day running of Cedar Grange.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals.
  • Maintain high standards of resident care and care plan compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
  • Ensure the home operates efficiently, meeting health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in a residential and nursing setting.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • Valid NMC PIN.
  • Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
