. We offer a competitive base pay range of £56,526.40 – £61,526.40 per annum for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day running of Cedar Grange.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals.
- Maintain high standards of resident care and care plan compliance.
- Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
- Ensure the home operates efficiently, meeting health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a residential and nursing setting.
- Strong operational management experience.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Occupational sick pay after 12 months of service (for those on contracted hours only).
