Private Client Solicitor - Launceston

A well-established law practice in Launceston is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is ready to take ownership of a diverse caseload covering wills, inheritance tax planning, LPAs, trusts, Court of Protection work, deputyships, and estate administration.

Experience with Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief claims is highly valued due to the firm's strong rural and farming client base.

The role also includes supervising junior team members.

Requirements:

• Solid experience across Private Client law
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
• The ability to juggle a busy caseload while remaining calm under pressure
• Confident IT skills - knowledge of SOS document management is a plus
• Enthusiasm for networking and growing your professional presence
