We’re seeking dedicated, part-time Registered Nurses who want more than a job – they want to make a difference to the communities of Launceston and the Northeast of Tasmania. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional, person-centered care to clients living independently with chronic illnesses, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and valued every day.

In this role, you’ll deliver expert clinical care across diverse areas, including:

• Clinical case management
• Palliative care
• Diabetes and wound care management
• Continence support
• Medication administration

You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with a passionate team, empowering clients and their families through education and support.

• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
• Current AHPRA registration
• National Police Check & WWVP clearance
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proactive, compassionate approach to care
