Your Day-to-Day:

As a Customer Experience Specialist
, you ll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

  • Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
  • Engage across multiple communication channels
  • Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
  • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Log cases and interactions with accuracy and care
  • Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus
  • Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience? Even better!
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Cool under pressure, with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in French and English
