As Team Head BPM Engineering – Business Automation
, you will lead and develop our team of software developers and BPM modelers who design, implement and enhance hyper‑automated workflows that drive real business impact. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients and as a key driver of our business development in the Romandie region. You are rooted in the French‑speaking part of Switzerland and bring both strong leadership and entrepreneurial thinking to the table.

You will shape our solution engineering approach, ensure project delivery excellence, and ensure the growth of our team.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the team of software developers and BPM modelers within Business Automation.
• Design the architecture and oversee the execution and success of BPM development projects.
• Ensure delivery excellence across time, quality, and budget dimensions.
• Drive growth in the Romandie region through active business development and client acquisition, supporting in the implementation and definition of PoCs/RfPs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for key customers in all BPM technical matters.
• Promote innovation in automation and BPM consulting.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategy and operational priorities.
• Represent adesso in the regional market and strengthen our footprint in the French‑speaking part of Switzerland.

• Experience:
  
  At least 8 years of professional experience in software development, BPM consulting, or business transformation – ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Background:
  Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field with relevant focus.
• Leadership:
  Proven success in leading teams and complex customer projects.
• Business Acumen:
  Strong skills in BPM consulting and business development.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluent French (C1/C2) and English is mandatory.
• Regional Fit:
  Well connected and rooted in the Romandie business ecosystem.
• Platform Expertise:
  Experience in Flowable/Camunda/Appway (or similar BPM platforms) is an advantage.
• Personality:
  Strategic mindset, dynamic communicator, and a motivator who leads by example.
