• Passion for DeFi & Blockchain :
  Enthusiasm for decentralized finance and blockchain technologies, with a strong desire to innovate in the space.
• Strong technical background :
  Several years of hands-on experience in cryptocurrencies and blockchain development. Solid software development background with proficiency in several languages and proven technical expertise in developing, testing, and deploying secure Solidity smart contracts. Overall understanding of DeFi protocols.
• Leadership experience is a big plus.
• Strong Communication :
  Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in spoken French would be a valuable asset.
