Nous recrutons un ou une Support IT temporaire 100% (F/H), pour une mission de 6 mois, pour renforcer le département IT de notre client situé près de Vevey, Si vous êtes prêt ou prête à relever un nouveau défi, cette offre est pour vous.
Responsabilités
:
Dans ce rôle vous êtes en charge du support 1er niveau ainsi que de la préparation du matériel informatique. De plus, vous devez gérer divers tâches administratives (traduction, documentation et les communications diverses).
- CFC d'informatique ou CFC d'employé/e de commerce avec de bonnes connaissances en informatique
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en support clientèle (call center, support IT)
- Bonnes connaissances Windows
- Bonnes connaissances postes de travail
- Français courant ET allemand très bon niveau
