Position: Manufacturing Technician (M / F)

For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a Manufacturing Technician (M /

F).

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position mid-year.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in the production process.
  • Work with team members to improve production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Technical proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied job activities.
