• Make payments to suppliers within a specified time frame.
• Reconcile accounts payable with purchase orders and invoices.
• Follow up on invoices not received by suppliers.
• Follow up on discrepancies with suppliers.
• Track supplier credit notes for returns, claims, and exchanges.
• Ensure that cash discounts are processed and optimized according to suppliers.
• Perform various analyses related to payables.
• Prepare accounting entries and data entries.

• AEC or DEP in Accounting;
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Versatile, flexible, resourceful, and responsible
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Autonomy, initiative, and team spirit
• Demonstrated curiosity or foundational experience using AI and digital tools to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, or drive operational efficiency.
