• Prepare plans, specifications, and reports for traffic management based on the work to be carried out and the contractor's construction methods;
• Prepare cost estimates for design work;
• Conduct site visits and photographic surveys;
• Coordinate traffic management with various stakeholders.

• Hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in drafting or a college diploma (DEC) in civil engineering or construction engineering;
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Possess solid knowledge of MTQ standards;
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to a car;
• Be able to communicate effectively in French (spoken and written).
