• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and system specifications for IT projects, with a particular focus on financial domains.
• Facilitate alignment of requirements and processes across multiple operating companies.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and adapting to changes resulting from IT projects.
• Communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations to project teams.
• Create and validate functional specifications, including systems design elements such as data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and test scenarios.
• Participate in design sessions and collaborate with development teams to define solutions.
• Identify, document, and report technical issues and system deficiencies; recommend improvements.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements in collaboration with the IT Project Manager.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with IT teams and business units to optimize project outcomes.
• Design, document, and maintain system processes; assist with ERP/WMS system configuration.
• Provide level 2 customer support and assist in troubleshooting and testing software modifications.
• Develop and execute application test scripts; ensure anomalies are addressed and changes are documented.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to customers.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Finance.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with data analysis, software development, and B2B environments.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
