• When assigned to the sales floor: drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers; proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively; provides customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions; converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• When assigned to the cash wrap: delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processes transactions accurately and efficiently; reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases; manages go-backs.
• When assigned to processing and replenishment: processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards; replenishes merchandise to brand standards; assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock issues as needed.
• When assigned to floorset activity: executes floorset proficiently; adheres to brand standards; assists with back room and under stock maintenance.

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.

Salary range:
Minimum $17.00;
Maximum $19.75. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, region, and other factors.
