We are in search of a dynamic, passionate and visionary Director of Retail Sales & Operations to lead our sales strategy, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding results.
Job Description Responsibilities & Qualifications
Develop and execute innovative retail sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandisers, Buying, Digital Marketing & Customer Service departments to integrate retail sales goals with company-wide growth plans.
Report & partner with the CEO to communicate region-specific needs and shape the broader business strategy.
Lead, mentor, and inspire District Managers & Store managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and keep in store teams energized and aligned with key objectives.
In collaboration with the regional trainer drive a culture of high-performance sales by coaching teams on effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess store performance and identify growth opportunities.
Recruit, train, and mentor top talent in sales channels.
Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication, ensuring the well-being of all retail team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications Requirements
Proven experience in senior retail leadership, ideally as a Head of Retail Sales and Operations or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills focused on sales performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
Understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, merchandising, and customer service principles.
Proficiency with retail and POS software.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
Agile and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
