- Archive Officer-LAVALThe Warehouse Clerk serves customers by keeping up to date and processing the physical assets held in our warehouse. This essential member of our team processes inbound and outbound orders while loading or moving boxes and containers on wheels. The specialist, document management center takes care of destruction, internal movements, final withdrawals and special projects. He collaborates with his teammates so that success is everyone's business.
Salary: 20$/h.

Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00. Constant hours and a stable schedule (Monday to Friday)

Main duties:

Process incoming orders; scan bar codes and location of boxes

Investigate the source of any discrepancies in incoming or outgoing orders and find a solution; create a manifest for each order, then package the order and prepare it for shipping.

Correctly prepare all the necessary documents.

Inform the manager of any problem related to the orders.

Perform all physical tasks without assistance.

Physical demands

Able to work standing all day

lifting, loading and moving boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)

Climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds and use tools to handle documents.

Knowledge and skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Attention to detail

Commitment to the respect and application of all safety procedures

Ability to work in a team.
