TJ Maxx in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience, engage with customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store and help meet business needs.
You should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, multitask effectively, and lift items as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred; training will be provided.
