Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to add to their team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own the QMS and drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. • Develop, implement, maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate and lead audits (internal, customer, third-party); ensure timely resolution of findings
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, other quality methodologies
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and other QMS documentation
• Monitor and report quality performance, trends, and compliance metrics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop quality inspectors and technicians
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support product changes
• Develop/deliver quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements trainings
• Maintain accurate employee training and qualification records
• Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, approvals, and corrective actions
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities
• Monitor/reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ), including scrap, rework, warranty claims, returns
• Partner with Finance /Operations to evaluate financial impact, identify cost-saving opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field required
• 5+ years quality experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Management experience required
• In-depth knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001) required
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis required
