• Master of Credits & Returns:
  Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment.
• Liaise Like a Pro:
  Work with manufacturers to resolve issues, manage credits, and tackle customer queries with confidence.
• Customer Champion:
  Use your stellar telephone manner to keep customers happy and informed.
• Team Player:
  Support your colleagues with a can‑do attitude, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Navigate automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like a pro, with experience in systems like Kerridge or Pinnacle being a bonus.

• Self‑Motivated Spark: A proactive mindset with a knack for getting things done.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach, always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
• Tech Know‑How:
  Strong computer literacy, with experience using automotive DMS systems (Pinnacle experience is a plus, but not essential).
• Parts Expertise:
  Solid knowledge of the automotive parts sector, ideally gained in a dealership setting.
