We’re looking for an Associate Art Director who can transform bold creative visions into tangible, high-impact deliverables. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, working closely with our Executive Creative Director and Creative Director to develop standout concepts for existing clients and new business pitches. You’ll also take an active role in guiding and mentoring junior members of the design team.

ABOUT

THE ROLE – Associate Art Director

You’ll have a proven track record of producing award-winning design work and a genuine passion for your craft. You’re confident developing visually striking, concept-driven design solutions across a variety of mediums — from live experiences to digital and print.

As part of the role, you’ll collaborate with project managers, client services, and creatives in both the UK and North America. You should be comfortable working independently when needed, but equally thrive as part of a collaborative team.



What You’ll Bring

• A strong history of turning client marketing and branding strategies into innovative, impactful creative executions.
• The ability to think conceptually, delivering compelling designs that enhance storytelling and messaging.
• Proven experience producing engaging graphics across live events, virtual experiences, digital, and print.
• Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Solid understanding of production processes for both print and digital.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-side design environment.
• A good grasp of UX, UI, and IA principles, with the ability to prepare design-ready files for interactive projects.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere, or Figma is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Stay ahead of design trends and know how to translate them into live projects.
• Have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate ideas clearly with both internal teams and external partners.

Location & Working Pattern

This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in one of our UK offices (London or Leatherhead).
